SERVICES HELD FOR MRS. ESTHER COLE
A brief prayer service was held at Campbell's Funeral Home on Monday for Mrs. Esther Cole Moffett,84, who died at her home in Concordia, Kansas last Friday.
Rev. Llyod Dutro was in charge of Committal services at the Olin Cemetery.
Mrs. Moffett; a sister of the late A. A. Cole will be remembered by many Olin residents.
Her husband Rev. R. A. Moffett preceded her in death in 1913. Two sons, Paul and Mark of Concordia,one grandson, Loren, all of Concordia survive. Another grandson, Robert Moffett was killed in the European war theater in April 1945. A sister, Mrs. Mary Serwen of Wellington, Kansas and a brother, John Cole, of Greeley, Colo, also survive.
Funeral services were held at Concordia from the Ev. U. B. Church on Sunday. The remains were brought to Olin by the son, Mark.
