Born Oct. 19,1904 in the Town of Minden, he was the son of William and Edna Nestle Prime.
He was employed at the White Mop Wringer Company until retiring several years ago.
He married the former Jessie Owen, who survives, in 1923.
Mr. Prime was a member of the Herkimer Seventh Day Adventist Church. in addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Lila Dufel of Tribes Hill; one son, Lyman Prime of Fonda; three brothers, Herman and Merritt Prime, both of Fort Plain, and William Prime of Salt
Springville; two sisters, Mrs. Mabel Cook and Mrs. Marion Cook, both of Fort Plain; nieces, nephews and cousins.
