T.T. Forrester May 8, 2003 Dr. Alexander "Sandy" T.T. Forrester, 80, of 56 Baylis St., Oswego, died Thursday at the Oswego Hospital. Born in Exeter England. He attended the University of Cape Town S. Africa. He then joined the S. African Army serving during WWII. He completed his medical training at Guys Hospital, University of London. He was a physician in Kenya Africa for 15 years before coming to Oswego in 1971. He was in private practice for over 30 years. He was on staff at the Oswego Hospital, and served on its board of directors. He was a member of the Rotary Club of Oswego and Rotary Club in Africa where he served as president. He attended St. Marys Church and the Newman Center. Surviving are his wife Gloria Collins Forrester of Oswego; six daughters, Clare Cheney of England, Sarah Forrester Dumont of Mass., Mary Harrison of England, Alexandra Forrester of Oswego, Heather Clemons of Oregon and Suzanne Hoefer of Oswego; four sons, Robert Forrester of Conn., William Forrester of England, William Collins of Oswego and Thomas Collins of Lake Placid; one brother David Forrester of England; 12 grandchildren; three nephews. Services: Monday 10 a.m. in St. Marys Church. Burial in St. Peters Cemetery, Oswego.
