Anthony Scott Lane, 42 of Afton, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2012 in the Johnson City Medical Center.

He was a native of Kingsport and a graduate of Sullivan Central High School. Anthony worked for Envision Inc. in the clerical division. He loved to cook, fish and was an avid NASCAR fan. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Arthur and Louise Moorehead.

Survivors include his father and step-mother, Stanley and Denise Lane of Gettysburg, PA; his mother and step-father, Sandra and Donald Ketron of Kingsport; a brother, Forrest Chambers of Fayetteville, PA; three sisters, Angela Rinderknecht, Kingsport, Sarah Scott, Rockwood. MI and Darcy Redding of Hanover, PA; uncle and aunt, James and Jean Moorehead of Kingsport; several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

The memorial service for Anthony will be conducted at 6:00 PM Wednesday, August 1, 2012 in the Woodall-Anderson and Dugger Funeral Home. Envision Inc. will receive family and friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.

Special thanks to his uncle James and aunt Jean Moorehead, Envision Inc. administrative staff and Community Network services for their love, care, support and the special times spent with Anthony. He was extremely close to his staff with Envision Inc., including his house manager Judy Russ, Michael Angel, Leann Woods, Jessica Rozar, Amanda Stanton, Melissa Perry and Melissa Hill who cared for him daily. Anthony will be greatly missed by his housemate, Donna.

Cremation has taken place.
