George Henry Batt of Princeville died Sept. 20, 2008, at the age of 92. He was born Dec. 9, 1915.
He was preceded in death by son David Heaney (Karen) Batt of Texas.
He is survived by wife Dorris Heaney, daughters Jane Heidi (John) Timmons of Colorado and Wendy Heather (Charlie) Elsasser of Kaua'i, four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and several extended family members and friends.
Services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27, at the Waioli Hi'i Church in Hanalei with reception to follow on the church and mission house grounds. Friends may visit prior to the church service. Borthwick Mortuary is handling the arrangements.
