Born on April 5, 1906 to George and Florence Raglin Barnes in Blodgett, MO. He was called home to Heaven on September 5, 2004 in Tucson, AZ. Preceded in death by wives, son, great-grandson, brother, and sister. He is survived by his daughter-in-law,3 granddaughters,3 great-granddaughters, and a new great-grandchild due next April;3 nephews,2 nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, cousins and many good friends whom he influenced greatly. "Jack" was Warehouse Superintendent for Kroger's for 35 years. He later was employed at Nashville City Bank for nine years. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene since 1927, Tennessee District Advisory Board member 18 years and Church Board Member Emeritus. He was asked recently "What is the most fun thing you ever did during your long life?" He replied, "The greatest experience I ever had was when I met and accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior!"
