Martha Rusk, age 85, of Fulton, Missouri, passed away Friday, July 27, 2012 at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, Missouri. She was born January 29, 1929, the daughter of James Lot and Sarah Anna (Peacock) Smith. Her mother passed away when Martha was an infant and her father married Nellie (Backer) Griffith. At age 3, her father passed away and her step-mother continued to raise her.
On January 1, 1949, she was united in marriage to Virgil Dixon Rusk. Virgil preceeded her in death.
