Bill Robbins was a life-long resident of Huntington, New York. During World War II he served 4 years in the United States Army as a Coastal Artillery specialist and survived the Pearl Harbor attack on December 7, 1941. After the Army, he married Adeline Ann Ott on July 7, 1945. Bill was a member of the Huntington, NY Fire Department for over 50 years. He was a meat and potato kind of guy and had a fondness for Schaefer Beer.
