ARLINGTON – William Baden Harrall passed away Thursday, April 5, 2012. He was 78 years old.

Bill was born Aug. 15, 1933, in Philadelphia, Pa. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1952 to 1955. He had many fond memories of his experiences on the USCGC Spencer. He worked for Bell Telephone of Pennsylvania for 30 years. Bill and his family lived in Hatboro, Pa., for many years before he and his wife, Marian, moved to Warner-Robins, Ga. In 2005, they moved to Arlington. He became one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1959 and was active in the ministry work for more than 50 years, serving as an elder in both Hatboro and Warner-Robins. Bill was devoted to his family and often spoke about them with much affection. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Survivors: Wife of 59 years, Marian Procher Harrall; son, William; daughter, Lynne and her husband, John Van Der Sluys; son, Scott and his wife, Sharon; grandchildren, Kelly, Whitney, Michael, Emilia, Dustin, Spencer and Alison; great-grandchildren, Marie and Abigail; and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Henry and Roberta Procher.
