HENRY PAUL ALTENA

Funeral services were held at Rock Valley Saturday for Henry Paul Altena, 75, life-long resident of Sioux Center and Rock Valley communities who died April 17 at a nursing
home.

Mr. Altena was born in Sioux Center.

Survivors include his widow; six sons, Dave, of Rock Valley, Sam of George, William of Hawarden, Marvin of Pipestone, Minn., Dick of Ireton and Louis of Doon; two daughters; Mrs. James Blankespoor of Doon and Mrs. Raymond Te Slaa of Rock Valley; a brother, Sam, of Sioux Center; three sisters, Mrs. Albert Intveld of Worthington, Minn., Mrs. Arthur Klein and Mrs. Tony De Boom of Sioux Center; 20 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
