Victor will be loved, missed and remembered forever in our hearts.
Victor grew up in Wisconsin. Victor was a wonderful Dad,
Grandpa, Great Grandpa, Son, Brother, Uncle, Good Friend
and so much more to all of us. Victor married Pearl Jacobson . They lived
in Mpls MN a short time. Much of their marriage as they raised their family they
lived in Centuria Wisconsin. Victor and Pearl loved each other very much but
they later divorced. Pearl remarried, but Victor never did.
Victor and Pearl were best of friends the rest of their lives. Pearl remained active
in Victors Family gatherings and Victor attended her Family gatherings. They
were loving parents who both spent time with their children. They were active in
their Children's and their Grandchildren's lives. Their friendship didn't end.
We all cherish our wonderful Memories of Victor. Victor is laid to rest next to his
Brother and Best Friend Earl Moore. They are laid to rest at the front of St. Johns
Cemetery near many other late beloved Relatives including Mother Tressie
and his Dad Roy Hopkins, Siblings, Hopkins and Peach Relatives.
Victor is survived by his Children, many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nephews, Nieces, many Relatives and Friends in Wisconsin, Minnesota,
California and other areas around the USA..

Victors Father was Earl Joseph "Joe" Moore, born Oct. 17, 1895, in Iowa, died in approx. 1926. Family is searching to find Joe's burial location. It appears he may have died from a work related accident. Theresa was a Widow with small children after he passed away. Those were very tough times for the Family in the 1920's and that era. Victor's Mother Theresa remarried many years later to Roy Hopkins. Roy Hopkins was the only Father Victor knew.
Victor's father passed away when he was young.

Victor was one of the nicest guys you would ever want to meet. Victor was social, outgoing., Loving, Kind, happy, very talented , hard working, honest and much more. Victor
most of all loved his Family. He was a favorite Relative and good friend to many.
Victor spent much time with Family. He was a Great Dad, Uncle, Brother, Friend and so much more. He loved to work on cars. He had a broom shop in a huge garage he built in the
back yard of his home. Victor made brooms and sold & delivered to many places. The broom shop doubled as the big gathering place with Family, Friends and the young neighbor's band on many occasions... Much of his life he lived near St. Johns Cemetery in Wisconsin. Victor was born in Fredric WI, moved to Mpls,MN, moved to the Milltown Centuria WI area. Victor , his wife Pearl and their children lived in a home down the road from His Mother Theresa Peach Moore Hopkins home. After Theresa passed away, he lived in the home that Theresa once lived. When Victor was too medically ill to live independently, he moved to his Son's home in MN. He passed away while staying at his Sons home in MN at the Hospital. He was loved by all who knew him and a person you could never forget.

Pearl Jacobson Burton, the Mother of Victor's Children passed away unexpectedly Aug.5, 2013. They parted from their marriage, but not from each other. They remained close friends and Parents to their Children. Pearl remarried.
Pearl is laid to rest at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Mpls MN.
Victor's g.nephew Ron S. Carlson purchased the property once owned by Victor and Pearl in Centuria. Down the road from St. Johns Cemetery and not far from the former home of Roy and Theresa Peach Moore Hopkins. Ron passed away in 2011 and the property is sold.
