James Walter Joiner, 70, died June 16, 1986, at his home. Services are 10 a.m. today at Stringer's Funeral Home chapel with burial in Pilgrim Rest Cemetery.
Mr. Joiner was a native of Copiah County and a lifelong resident of Crystal Springs. He was a member of Crystal Springs Masonic Lodge No. 452.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Cecil Westbrook Joiner, son, Norman Joiner of Jackson; daughters, Mrs. Mack (Katie) Pitts and Mrs. Bobby (Winnie) Vinzant, both of Crystal Springs; sisters, Mrs. Linnie Caldwell, Mrs. Willie McDonald and Mrs. Minnie Bell Stegall, all of Crystal Springs; and five grandchildren.
