Richard "Bud" Doschka, age 59 of Route 3, Little Falls, died on Sunday, September 6, 1991, at the Veteran Medical Center in Minneapolis. Memorial Services were held Thursday, September 10, at the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls, With Rev. Leroy Kremer Officiating. Burial was in Our Lady Of Lourdes Catholic Cemetery in Little Falls.
Bud Doschka was born April 4, 1933 in Swan River Township, Morrison County to the late Andrew and Eleanor (Savelkoul) Doschka. He grew up in Swan River Township and attended school in District #45. After school, he worked construction, building Blanchard Dam south of Little Falls. He entered the U.S. Air Force on July 27, 1957 and received an honorable discharge on August 1, 1961. Following his service discharge, he worked for Minnegasco, Larson Boats and Metal craft Roofing and Heating in Little Falls until his retirement in 1986. He resided in Little Falls until his death. He was a member of the American Legion Post in Bowlus, MN.
He is survived by sons, John and Tony; Daughters, Tina Williams, of Little Falls, Kathy Huntington of California, Mrs Carlos (Mary) Ortiz and Lori DeRaad (Fuller) of Waseca Minnesota. Chris Doschka of Brainerd and Joyce Doschka of New Ulm; brothers James and Jerry of Little Falls and Larry (butch) of Randall; sister Mrs Donald (Helen) Welters of Little Falls and 12 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sons, Dennis and Richard Jr.
Honorary Pallbearers were Ambrose, Florian, and Jeff Gosiak, Leonard Pcike, Scott Welter and Paul Williams.
