Mary R. Albright, age 83, resident of Lexington Court Care Center and 24 year resident of Auburndale, FL, died early Monday morning, June 30, 1997 in MedCentral/Mansfield Hospital following a brief illness.

Born Jan 10, 1914 in Jenkins, KY to the late John Calvin & Nettie (Booth) Pack, the majority of her life was spent in the Shelby area. Mrs. Albright was a member of the Church of the Nazarene and had been employed with the former Shelby Gum Co. and the Shelby Mutual Insurance Co.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Henry & Becky Albright of Willard, and John & Barbara Albright of Utica, MI; one daughter and son-in law, Charlotte & Edward Phillips of Lexington; eight grandchildren; two step granddaughters; seven great grandchildren; five step great granddaughters; four step great great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jess Albright in 1975; one brother Birch Pack in 1959; four sisters, Lucille Jewell in 1962, Bessie Fry in 1978, Georgia Parr in 1991 and Pearl Brassfield in 1997.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM from the Barkdull Funeral Home. Reverend Lester R. Champer, of the Shelby Church of the Nazarene and Reverend Jeffrey L. Rowe of North Woodbury Alliance Church will officiate with interment in Oakland Cemetery, Shelby.
