Will of Henry Jones; Webster Co (KY) Will Book 2, page 43.

Will dated 20 Aug 1886. All just debts to be paid and then wife Mildred Jones
to have all of my property (land and stock) as long as she remains my widow.
But if she should marry it is my wish that all of my property to be taken from
her immediately and sold and divided equally among my children.

Will was proven by the oath of Nora I. Slaughter and by the oath of F.C.
Slaughter, who was present at the time said testator signed said instrument and
was requested by said testator to witness same but through oversight said F.C.
Slaughter failed to sign said paper. Recorded 19 Jan 1892.

Children of their daughter Dorah Jones Rhodes, Maggie & Oliver, are buried next to Henry and Mildred Jones.

Bill Rhodes, a descendant of Henry C. Jones and his wife Mildred Slaughter, has contacted us and he is eager to get in touch with other descendants of this family.
