Funeral services for Paul Moser, Sr., who died on August 16th were held at the Trinity Church at Kasson, with a solemn high mass performed by Rev. A. Garthaus assisted by two visiting priest.
The deceased was born in Austria in 1846 and came to America in 1855. In 1878 he was united in marriage to Miss Mary Sturm at St. John. The couple first lived at Potter for four years, then moved to the farm in Maple Grove which has been their home since.
He is survived by the widow, and seven children, John and Lena at home, Joseph and Elizabeth of Appleton, Paul of Maple Grove, Mrs. Chas. Fritsch of Greenleaf and Mrs. Anton Rawisky of Appleton. There is also one brother, Michael of Maple Grove and two sisters, Mrs. Henry Barth of Idaho and Mrs. Mary Schreiber of Montana.
