Mrs. Bernard Berkedal, 42, of 821 South 15th street, died Sunday afternoon at
the Holy Family hospital.
Mrs. Berkedal, nee Leona Kutil, was born in 1902 in Mishicot and was married
to Mr. Berkedal 23 years ago.
Survivors are the husband; two daughters, Murial and Joan, of this city; son,
Kenneth, stationed in the armed forces at Camp Wheeler, Ga.; mother, Mrs. Anna
Kutil of this city; two sisters, Mrs. Fulton Wenndorf, and Mrs. George Ploederl
of this city.
Funeral plans are incomplete, awaiting word from the son at Camp Wheeler.

Funeral services for Mrs. Bernard Berkedal, 42, who died Sunday at the Holy
Family hospital, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Lutheran church.
Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
The body may be viewed at the Shimek and Schwartz funeral parlors after 7 o’clock
this evening. It will be moved to the church Wednesday morning at 10 o’clock to
lie in state until the hour of the services.
