Doris Benishek, 55, of Maribel, died Friday morning, Aug. 12, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday at Melnik Presbyterian Church. The Rev. James L. Thomson will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Miss Benishek was born Jan. 23, 1928, at Maribel, daughter of Mrs. Ellen Oestreich Benishek and the late Edward Benishek. She attended Maribel Elementary School. She was a member of Melnik Presbyterian Church, Martha Society of the church and Maribel Homemakers Club.
Survivors include her mother of Maribel, a brother and sister-in-law, Charles E. and Dianne Benishek of Hales Corners, a sister and brother-in-law, Ellen J. and Edward Looker of Maribel; five nephews, Tom, Mark, Gregg and Jon Looker and Bob Benishek; two nieces, Beth Eberle and Anne Genz; three great nephews and a great niece. Her father preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday. Memorials would be appreciated to Melnik Presbyterian Church.
