Alpheus McNally (1831-1889) was a son of Arthur McNally. He married Mrs. Nancy M. Dixon, daughter of Adoniram Sinclair, widow of Appleton Dixon, who died in 1874, leaving six children, which Alpheus helped raise. Stepson, Alphonso, who lives on the old McNally homestead with his mother, is a farmer.
