WELLS , GRUNSFELD EUENA HENDERSON, Beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed peacefully away June 15, 2004 after the long good-bye of Alzheimer's. Mrs. Wells was born a certain indeterminate number of years ago at her family's home in Cherokee, Iowa. After graduation, she moved to Los Angeles to study ballet and pursue an acting career and was under contract to MGM. Later she married and moved to Dallas where she became a mother of three children. During her years in Dallas, she volunteered her time in certain community endeavors and appeared in productions at the Margo Jones Theater. She served on the Dallas Ballet Board as a founding member, the Dallas Civic Opera Board, and was active in the Dallas Symphony League and Les Femmes du Monde. She was preceded in death by her son Gary Charles Grunsfeld. She is survived by her daughter Mary Joe McIlroy and her husband Hayden McIlroy, her son Norman Daniel Grunsfeld and his wife Karron Grunsfeld, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5-7 pm at Sparkman Hillcrest Funeral Home. A private family service will follow the next day. Memorials may be made to The Alzheimer's Association 7610 N. Stemmons Frwy Suite 600 Dallas, Texas 75247-4231 or to The Euena Charitable Trust Foundation P.O.
