Jody Gene DeMaria, entered peacefully into rest July 24, 2012 at home. Born November 21, 1956 in San Jose. He loved his horses, team roping, hunting, racing motorcycles and was a member of American Cowboy Team Roping Association and US Team Roping Association.

Loving husband of 30 years to Bobbie Escobar DeMaria, devoted father of Tanya and Sally DeMaria. Beloved son of Martie Wise husband Neil of Angels Camp and John DeMaria wife Maxine of San Martin. Dear brother of Greg DeMaria and loving grandson of Rose Dragu.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation July 29th from 2:00-6:00 p.m. with a 4:00 p.m. vigil at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angels, 40842 Fremont Blvd, Fremont. Mass will be 11:00 a.m. July 30th, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 43148 Mission Blvd, Fremont. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Hayward. Donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 40733 Chapel Way, Fremont, CA 94538.
