Mildred Brown Freeman, age 94, of Atlanta, Ga, died Tuesday, June 26, 2007. She was born in McDonough, Ga to the late Alexander Kelly and Willie Lee Hill Brown. Mrs. Freeman was a member of the Briarcliff Baptist Church in Atlanta for over 30 years where she taught Sunday School for the Young Adults.
Mrs. Freeman is survived by nephews, Roy Clinton Matthews, III, LeRoy Currie Hobbs; grandnieces, Paula Fay Kosinski, and Alexa Kay Moon.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Fri, June 29, 2007 at Briarcliff Baptist Church, with Rev. Bill Bigger officiating. Interment will follow at McDonough City Cemetery.
