His film credits include 'Rome Adventure' (1962), 'The Singing Nun' (1966), 'The Impossible Years' (1968), 'The Firechasers' (1971), 'Airplane II: The Sequel' (1982), 'The Jigsaw Murders' (1989), Gus Van Sant's 'Psycho' (1998) and 'Mulholland Drive' (2001). Everett, who was married to actress Shelby Grant for 45 years until her death in 2011, died at his home after a year-and-a-half-long battle with lung cancer.
