Ingram, Weatherford, Tex., and Mrs. Frank A. Vought Sr., Baton Rouge; three brothers, W. L. Simons, Boyce, G. S. Simons, Fort Worth, Tex., and Dr. H. H. Simons, Kaufman, Tex.
He is a retired cartographer with the Louisiana Department of Public Works and a former employe of the Louisiana Highway Department.
