Peacefully, on Sunday, Nov. 25, 2001 at Pinehaven Nursing Home, Waterloo. Edna (Eix) Ritter, in her 95th year, of RR 1, Elmira.
Beloved wife of the late Alfred J. Ritter (1966). Loving mother of Arthur and William Ritter of RR 1, Elmira, Paul and Rosmeri Ritter of RR 2, Alma. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren, David (Jenny) Ritter of Salem, Kelly (Jeff) Atkinson of Fergus, Patricia Ritter and Allan Card of Guelph and one great-granddaughter, Jade Ritter. Sister of Allan Eix of Elmira.
Predeceased by her parents, Henry and Mary Eix; one brother Milton Eix and one sister, Hilda Eix.
Edna was a longtime faithful member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Floradale.
The family will receive friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. At 9 am Wednesday, transfer will be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Elmira for funeral service at 11 am with Rev. Richard Frey officiating, followed by interment in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.
