He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jackie; daughters Terri Parke (Gary) and Traci Best (John); sister, Margaret Virginia Houck (Leo); and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Victor C. and Mamie Hall, brother, A.W. Hall, and sister, Barbara Jean Maxwell. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, July 26 at 3:00 P.M. at Hopewell Funeral Home, 6005 CR 39 S, Plant City, where the family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 P.M.
