LOCAL WOMAN DIES SUDDENLY AT MILWAUKEE
Miss Mathilda Baerwald, daughter of Mrs. Albert Baerwald, 1402 South
Twelfth street, died suddenly at Milwaukee yesterday afternoon at the
home where she was employed. Death was due to heart failure. Miss
Baerwald was 51 years of age and for the last twenty years has made
her home at Milwaukee, visiting here frequently, however. She was
born in this city and the body will be brought back here today for
burial. The funeral arrangements have not been made and will be
announced later.
Besides her mother Miss Baerwald is survived by three sisters, Mrs.
Ida Kaiser, of Chicago; Mrs. Feldman, of Milwuakee; and Mrs. August
Gauger, of this city.
