DIED: BACON—On Saturday, June 16th, 1883, Mrs. Bacon, widow of the late
O.R. Bacon of this city.
The deceased was for many years a resident of Manitowoc and had endeared
herself to a large circle of friends who will sincerely regret her death.
She was deeply affected by the death of her husband and the cause which
led to her demise may be traced to that event. She leaves two daughters
to whom the sympathies of the community are extended.
The funeral occurred on Tuesday from the residence of the deceased.

IN PROBATE-MANITOWOC COUNTY COURT.
In the matter of the estate of Elizabeth S. Bacon, deceased.
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Letters of administration on said estate of
Elizabeth S. Bacon having been issued to Hattie E. Bacon on the 31st day
of July A.D., 1883, and six months from and after said day being allowed
and limited for creditors to present their claims for examination and
allowance, notice is hereby given that the undersigned will, on the first
Tuesday of September, and October 1883 and on February 12th, 1884 at the
probate office in the city of Manitowoc in said county, receive, examine
and adjust all claims and demands of all persons against said deceased.
