MARKUS NEUSER

Markus Neuser, 53, of 719 S 32nd St., Manitowoc, died at 9:25 a.m. Saturday of a coronary while working at Aluminum Specialty Co., Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Very Rev. Clement P. Kern will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mr. Neuser was born Nov. 14, 1911, at Whitelaw, son of the late Henry and Clara Vogel Neuser. He attended St. Michael Parochial School, Whitelaw, and married Lenore Lenz at Valders Oct. 30, 1937. The couple came to Manitowoc 25 years ago. He had been employed as a press operator since January of 1949 at Aluminum Specialty. He also was a salesman for Vince Hansen Realty Co. Mr. Neuser was a member of Manitowoc Eagles Aerie No. 706.
Surviving are his wife, three daughters, Mrs. Don (Mavourneen) Backus, Mrs. Richard (Marjorie) Czekala and Miss Kaye Neuser of Manitowoc; three brothers, Arthur of Manitowoc and Richard and Robert of Rt. 1, Manitowoc; a sister, Mrs. Arthur Essenpries of North Brookfield, Ill., and two grandchildren. A sister preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Monday where the Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.
