Bennie Ruth Wood Stroud, 80, of Hattiesburg, died Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Hattiesburg Health and Rehab. Visitation will be Sunday, December 27, 2015 at Maybank Baptist Church from 2 p.m. until the service at 3 p.m. Burial will follow in Rawls Springs Cemetery.
Mrs. Stroud was a member at Maybank Baptist Church. She was a secretary at Automotive Glass for 20 years before retiring in 2005. She loved bowling, fishing and Softball.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hershel Daniel Stroud; her parents, Ben Teer Wood and Fannie Lucinde Durr Wood; and one grandson, Robert Craig Bryant.
