She was born April 24, 1925, in Baker County and came to Bradenton many years ago. She retired as a housekeeper. She was a member of Lilly White and was a Methodist.
Survivors include daughters Veronica Richard, Onetia Ramos and Della, all of Bradenton, and Tina Albritton-McGill of Atlanta; sons Herbert Brooks and John Ramos of Bradenton, and Derrick of College Park, Ga; 20 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Stephens A.M.E. Church in Bradenton. A service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will be in Adams-Fogartyville. Riggins Funeral Home is in charge.
