Phyllis Z. Rodriguez died in her home on Tuesday, August 17, 2004 surrounded by her family. She was born May 26, 1919 in Caliente, Nevada. She married Benito Lozano and later divorced and married Isaias G. Rodriguez. She enjoyed music, dancing, cooking and moments with her family. She will be remembered by many for her big heart, humor and smile. She had 13 children: Esther, Benito Jr. (Lucy), Frances, Jesse (Lucille), Lupe (Victor) Diaz, Jenny Palmer, Roger (Lucille), Toni (Jose), Mary (Arthur) Delgado and Albert Rod (Betty) Rodriguez. She had 50 grandchildren, 97 great grandchildren and 17 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by both husbands, her daughter Dolores (Baltizar) Cordoba, and son, Julian Lozano. A Funeral Mass celebrated Friday, August 20, 2004 at St. Patrick Catholic Church 1040 W. 400 S. Committal Mount Calvary Cemetery 4th Ave. & T Street. Director's Neil O'Donnell & Sons.
