Mrs. Daniel Blumenauer
Mrs. Emma Susan Blumenauer, widow of Daniel Blumenauer, died at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Myrtlan I. Wiles at 224 East Third Street, Saturday at 11 a.m. after an extended illness, aged 96 years.

She was a daughter of the late Samuel and Margaret Waldeck Mort of Frederick County. Mrs. Blumenauer was a member of the Evangelical United Brethren Church .

Surviving besides her daughter are three sisters, Mrs. Laura Miller, Hansonville, Mrs. Ida Rice, Mountaindale and Mrs. Edward Smith of Frederick. Five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren also survive.

The body is at the funeral home 106 East Church Street where services will be held today at 2 p.m. Interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. M. R. Etchison and Son, funeral directors.
