Funeral services for Mrs. Louis Aumann, 81, of 920 S. 196h St., Manitowoc, who
died Friday at home, will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at
10:20? a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Alfred Pritzl
will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Aumann, the former Apolomia (Polly) Michalek was born May 1, 1885, at
Manitowoc, daughter of the late Nicholas and Anna Rada Michalek. She spent her
entire life at Manitowoc. She was married to Louis J. Aumann in 1905 at
Rhinelander and he died Aug. 21, 1955. She was a member of St. Anne CMA Society
of St. Boniface.
Survivors include a son, Edwin of Manitowoc; a daughter, Mrs. Gary Stangel of
Two Rivers; a brother, Ignatz of Manitowoc; two sisters, Sister M. Leocadia of
Maple Grove and Mrs. Robert Weina of Manitowoc and six grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Sunday where at 7:30 p.m. the
Rosary will be recited by the St. Anne members, parish and friends.
