Louis J. Aumann, 72, of 920 S. 19th St. Manitowoc, died Sunday evening at his
cottage at Bileys Point in Door County, following a heart attack.
Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Pfeffer Funeral
Home, Manitowoc, and at 9 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The
Rev. Alfred Pritzl will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery,
Manitowoc.
He was born Oct. 5(?) 1883, in Manitowoc, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Xavier
Aumann and in 1905 married Miss Opalmia Michelik. Until his retirement seven
years ago he was a machin?? foreman of Plant No. 2 of the Aluminum Goods Mfg.
of Manitowoc for ?? years.
Surviving are his wife, daughter Mrs. Gary Stangel of Two Rivers and ??? of
Manitowoc, three (rest of the column too light to read)
