RAYMOND C. ARSINEAU

Raymond C. Arsineau, 51, of 712A York St., Manitowoc, died early Saturday
morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 9:15 a.m. Monday at Mittnacht Funeral Home and
at 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. William H.
Zimmer will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mr. Arsineau was born June 1, 1913, at Menominee, Mich., son of the late Frank
and Lena Martin Arsineau. He attended St. Ann Catholic School at Menominee and
came to Manitowoc in 1935. Since then he had been employed at Manitowoc Motor
Hotel as assistant manager to Mrs. William H. O’Donnell most of this time.
He married Verona Simon at Sacred Heart Church Oct. 9, 1935. Mr. Arsineau was
a member of Holy Name Society of Sacred Heart Church, Knights of Columbus
Council No. 710, Lions Club of which he was past president, United Commercial
Travelers, National Hotel Greeters Assn., Wisconsin Hotel Assn. and American
Hotel and Motel Assn.
Surviving are his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Joseph A. (Jolene) Zimmer, three sisters,
Mrs. Arthur Higgins, of Sheboygan, Mrs. Harry Hatler, of Gorst, Wash., and Mrs.
Melvin Manske, of Escanaba, Mich., and two grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Sunday here the Rosary will be
recited at 8 p.m. by members of Holy Name Society and Knights of Columbus.
