MRS. ANTHOLZ PASSES AWAY
Succumbs At Rockwood; Funeral Services On Saturday
Mrs. Amelia Antholz, 71, died Wednesday afternoon at the home in
the village of Rockwood. Funeral services will be held Saturday
at 1:30 p.m., from the home and at two o'clock from the Lutheran
church, Rockwood. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. Antholtz, whose maiden name was Amelia Schulz, was born in
Germany in 1865 and came to this country in 1881 locating with a
sister at Gibson. She married Henry Antholz in 1891 and they moved
to a farm in Kossuth. In 1928 they located in the village of
Rockwood. The following year Mr. Antholz died.
Survivors are three sons, Henry Jr., Spooner, Wis., August, Mishicot,
William, Kossuth; three brothers, Julius, city, Gustave, Tigerton,
Wis., and a brother in germany.
The body was taken to the home in Rockwood this afternoon from the
Wattawa, Urbanek and Schlei funeral home.
