MARCELLA ANDERSON
Mrs. Marcella Anderson, 65, of 622 N. Fourth St., Manitowoc, died Sunday
afternoon at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church,
Manitowoc. The Rev. William H. Zimmer will officiate and burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Anderson, nee Marcella Skubal, was born April 23, 1911, at Mishicot,
daughter of the late Louis and Frances Hallada Skubal. She was employed by
Manitowoc Motor Hotel as an assistant manager and also had been employed by
Guest House Inn, Manitowoc. She was a member of the National Federation of
Business and Professional Womens Clubs Inc., and of Auxiliary of Veterans of
Foreign Wars Post No. 6179, Cato. She was married to Eric Anderson in 1943
at Manitowoc. He preceded her in death in 1970.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Lyle and Mary Anderson, of
Milwaukee, two brothers, Floyd, of Mishicot and Larry, of Manitowoc and nieces
and nephews. (names omitted for privacy). A daughter preceded her in death.
There will be no visitation. Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, is in charge of
funeral arrangements.
