Mrs. Carl Anderson, 49, of 209 Cleveland avenue, died suddenly early last evening.
She was sewing a button on a snow suit for one of her children when suddenly
stricken with a heart attack and died as a physician was summoned.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from the Wattawa, Urbanek and Schlei
funeral home, the Rev. R.B. Walden officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. Anderson, nee Edna Brune, was born in Washington, Missouri, in 1892 and in 1920
was married to Carl Anderson. Shortly after they moved to Manitowoc.
Survivors are the widower; four daughters, Mrs. Louis Mitcheltree, Ruth, Clara and
Lucille, all of this city; two sons, John and Carl, Jr., of this city; two sisters,
Mrs. Christ Hesse and Louise Brune of Washington. Mo.
The body may be viewed at the funeral home from Sunday noon until the hour of the
services Monday.
