Mrs. Talmadge G. Alecksen, 68, of 3409 Dale St., Manitowoc, died early
Wednesday morning at the family residence.
Private family funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at First
Lutheran Church, Chapel, Manitowoc. The Rev. Bruce Hanstedt will officiate
with burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Alecksen, nee Mildred Sengbusch, was born Feb. 6, 1908, in Manitowoc
County, daughter of the late Herman and Emma Miller Sengbusch. She had
attended Mishicot and Manitowoc schools and had been employed by Dr. Andres
and Dr. T. H. Rees. She was married to Talmadge Alecksen March 10?, 1928.
She was a member of First Lutheran Church and Order of Eastern Star
Survivors include her husband, a son and daughter-in-law, (private), two
sisters, Mrs. Rose Berger and Mrs. Lilly Peterik, and three grandchildren,
(private). An infant daughter, Donna Jean, preceded her in death.
There will be no visitation. Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, is in charge
of funeral arrangements.
