Harold A. Fahl

Mr. Harold A. Fahl, age 76, of 1942 N. 11th St., died Saturday evening at the Sheboygan Memorial Center following a lengthy illness.

He was born April 5, 1911 on the family homestead farm in the Town pf Sheboygan Falls, son of the late Henry and Anna Scherff Fahl.

Mr. Fahl operated the family dairy farm following the death of his parents, for many years.

He married the former Emmy Krutch.

On September 7, 1957 he married the former Lillian Methfessel Klabechek of Sheboygan.

He was employed by the Kohler Co. until his retirement in 1976.

Mr. Fahl was a member of Ebenezer United Church of Christ.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Bruce Fahl of Blandon, Penn,; Harold Fahl of Elkton, Maryland; a daughter, Mrs. Germaine Kline of Redding, Penn.; a stepson, Gary Klabechek of Sheboygan; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Wayne (Donna) Call of Port Washington; six grandchildren; two brothers, Earl Fahl of San Anselmo, California; three sisters, Mrs. Alfred (Jeanette) Reit of Rialto, California; Mrs. David (Caroline) Arnst of San Jose, California; and Mrs. Ervin (Fay) Eckhardt of Sheboygan.

Preceding him in death were four brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday 1:30 p.m. at the Ballhorn Funeral Chapels. The Rev. Robert Page, the pastor of Ebenezer United Church of Christ will officiate. Entombment will be in the Gardens of Peace Mausoleum. Friends may call at Ballhorns after 4 p.m. Tuesday and on Wednesday until the time of service.

A memorial fund has been established in her name.
