I didn't know Lt. Stefko. I did meet his wife Anita, son Billy, and mother-in-law Claire Milliard some years back. Such nice people and a great family. After hearing them speak about William I could almost get the feeling that I did know him...young, brave, caring, smart, a good man, and a great American.

His body was returned to the USA where he now rests in peace next to his parents and other family members in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ.
