Fausek, James F. Thurs. July 19, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Geneva Fausek (nee Carter); dear step father of Arthur (Dolores) Rodenberg; loving grandfather of Jennifer and Sara; great-grandfather, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many. Jim was born March 1, 1926 and graduated from Clayton High School in 1944. After serving in the Merchant marines during WWII he graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Agricultural Engineering. He was the Executive Vice President of Modern Engineering and Acetylene Gas Co. Jim was an avid outdoorsman and conservationist who loved to travel and enjoyed meeting people. He will be remembered as an extremely kind and giving man whose heart knew no bounds. Services: Funeral Wed. July 25, 9:30 am at Bopp Chapel, 10610 Manchester Rd., Kirkwood. Interment Oak Grove Cemetery. Memorials preferred to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Visitation Tues. 4-8:00 pm.
