A B Bishop of Amarillo died there Wednesday, April 3, 2002 at the age of 69.
Graveside services and burial were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 6, 2002 in the Fairview Cemetery with Larry Adams and family members officiating.
Bishop was born December 2, 1932 in Wellington to Bennie and Agnes Ellis Bishop. He was a TV repairman by occupation.
Survivors include two daughters, Sandra Doyle and Sharon Maynore, both of Houston; four sisters, Hattie Walker, Vera Johnson, Bobbie Shrubs and Ruby Nash, all of Wellington; A brother, Bennie Bishop of Vacaville, CA; a step-brother, James Carney of Denver, a stepsister, Helen Hatch of Denver and seven grandchildren.
