Chilton – Mrs. Emil Jensen, aged 86, died at her home here Wednesday.

Mrs. Jensen, nee Wilhelmina Jochman, was born in Saxony, Germany in 1848, and came to America in 1869, directly to Kiel. In September of the same year, she was united in marriage to Emil Jensen of New Holstein and the couple located there, remaining until 1874 when they came to Chilton. Mrs. Jensen preceded him wife in death in 1906. Mrs. Jensen was a charter member of the German Ladies Aid Society of Chilton.

Survivors are the following children, Mrs. Henry Kroll, Mrs. Charles Schnell, Mrs. Jennie Schwalbe and G.B. Jensen all of Chilton and Dr. Anton Jensen of Menasha, ten grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Anna Touve, aged 82, of Centralia, Ill. Mrs. Jensen was preceded in death by three sons, William, Walter and Emil.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday at the Jensen home and at Ebenezer Reformed church. the Rev. E. L. Henning will officiate and burial will be made in Hillside cemetery.
