Jeremy Chapman, born Feb. 6,1981 died March 20, 2003; age 22, 537 Fogo Ct., Lexington, Ky. He was a graduate of West Jessamine County High School in 1999 and attended the University of Kentucky. Survived by his mother Mary Mullis, stepfather Ron Mullis, sister Melissa Beaven (Justin), stepbrother Drew Mullis, daughter Elizabeth, along with many Aunts, Uncles and cousins. He attended Southland Christian Church. Service 11:30 Monday March 24, W.R. Milward Mortuary- Southland conducted by Dr. Robert Baker. Burial The Lexington Cemetery. Visitation Sun.1 to3 and 6 to 8p.m.
