Professional Baseball Player. Played 14 seasons in the major leagues, 12 as a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers. He was signed by the Dodgers 2 days after he graduated from high school and got his first major league hit when he was just 19 years old. His best season came in 1973 when he hit .295 with 14 homeruns and 66 RBI's. He also hit .304 in 1976 as a member of the St. Louis Cardinals with 9 homeruns and 50 RBI's. His final major league season in 1977 was split between the Houston Astros and Oakland A's. Over his career he hit .268 with 86 homeruns and 419 RBI's.
