Kent D. Brown, only son of the late B. B. and Jennie Brown Weston,
aged 23 year, died at the home of his mother at Kaneville, III.-, Sunday, March 19. He was a young man of promising prospects, having nearly completed business course in the Chicago Business College and school of shorthand. He had one offer of $80 a month, and would have been ready in a few weeks; but while out rowing with a mate a squall struck them and capsized the boat. In his exertion be ruptured a blood vessel, and after lingering for a few weeks between life and death passed over to the other side of the River. The body was
brought to Lorraine for interment, and the memorial services were held, in the Baptist church at Lorraine
