Steven Carl Faust, 11, of 208 Ritchy Rd, Fayetteville, died Sunday at Chambesburg HOspital after an illness of a month.
Born Aug 7, 1961 in Chambersburg, he was a son of Dean K. and Peggy M. (Cook) Faust.
He attended special classes at the Middle School.
Surviving in addition to the parents are a brother, Dennis D., maternal grandfather, John E. Cook, R. D. 5 of Chambersburg; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Grace W. Cook Chambersburg; and paternal great grandmother Mrs Lucy E. Faust of Chambersburg.
Services are set for 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Park Funeral Home, Chambersburg, with the Rev. Floyd H. Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.
