Catherine Jane Cady, 81, died May 9, 2003, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Jane was born August 12, 1921 to Edmond J. and Edith Lanigan Cady in Memphis, Tennessee. She moved to Oklahoma in 1989, after retiring from Chrysler Corporation. She was active in The Catholic Church at Sacred Heart in Memphis, TN. Upon her arrival in Oklahoma City she became a member at the Church of the Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church. She is survived by her sister, Edith Cady Houpe of Oklahoma City, nephew, Michael Houpe of Oklahoma City, niece, Cady Lynne Crismon of Austin, Texas, nephew and niece Mark W. Houpe and his wife Janith of Oklahoma City, great nieces and nephews, Teresa and Tony Crismon of Austin, Texas and Chance and Amy Houpe of Oklahoma City. Memorial gifts may be made to Church of the Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church. An Evening Prayer Service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Monday, May 12, 2003 at Smith & Kernke Chapel and a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 13, 2003 at Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, private family interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery.
